SHIPPING POLICY

COVID-19 UPDATE

The Nau warehouse process orders as usual during the pandemic. Most packages are also delivered in a timely manner but some might experience delays in shipping time due to less frequent air freights in the world.

Domestic Orders

NAU Drinks can ship to street addresses within Sweden. Please make sure that you have provided the right address as we cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. The purchaser is responsible for providing with the correct address. Domestic Orders may take between 1-5 days to reach its destination.

International Orders

International orders, once processed, is shipped with PostNord from Sweden within 1-5 business days. When the package reaches the purchasers country the distributor can be contracted to someone else at PostNord’s sole discretion (such as local carriers). International Orders may take up to 15 days to reach its destination (if delayed due to COVID-19 it can take longer than usual).

Once the package reaches your country, we cannot be held responsible for that package. If the package doesn’t reach you, we will make every attempt to help you reach your local carrier for further assistance.

Try Pack Packages

Our Try Pack (without Shaker, or any other product in the cart) is sent with Letter service. This service does not come with tracking and has shipping time of 5-30 business days depending on country. However, the service is much cheaper and gives the opportunity to try our products at a reduced cost!

Taxes & Duties

We do NOT calculate or collect taxes and duties for you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or duties and abide by any regulations. It is also the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure that the customs department permits shipment of NAU products. We cannot issue a refund if the package is seized by customs for any reason, if the package is not returned to us.

When you have placed an order, you will get a confirmation as soon as the package is sent from our distribution center. Tracking will be provided whenever possible.

Tracking

All Parcels that comes with tracking are named eTail Tracked (from all countries besides Denmark and Sweden where it’s called PostNord). You will receive a tracking link to PostNord’s tracking service via mail. Once the package reaches your country, it is recommended to use the tracking code at your local post courier for further tracking. Examples are: USPS in the US, Canada Post in Canada, Royal Mail in UK. Or a third party tracking service such as https://www.17track.net/.

Incorrect Shipping Information or Unclaimed Package

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the purchaser or if the package is marked “unclaimed”, we will notify you by email. You will then be refunded for the product minus shipping (depends on country, €7.99 within Europe, €8.99 within North America, €15-20 Rest of the World) and handling (€2) for the returned product.

Can I change my address after I place an order?

We cannot change the shipping address after an order have been placed. Attempt to cancel your order online and if that is not possible contact us immediately.

If you are paying with PayPal, we will only ship to the confirmed address that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder.
