MCT are the medium length fatty acids that you find in coconut oil. These can be divided into Caproic Acid (C6), Caprylic Acid (C8), Capric Acid (C10) and Lauric Acid (C12). The absolute best fatty acid for instant energy and focus is C8, why? because it is absorbed the quickest by the body.
